We recommend leaving your sourdough on the counter in a bag and for it to be eaten within 3 days of pick-up as our loaves do not contain any preservatives. You may also freeze your loaf. For reheating, remove bread from the freezer and let thaw on the counter completely, then flash water it (yes, just run water over the loaf for a couple of seconds).
